Where is the merch made and what is the quality like?

Zero compromises here—we don't do cheap promo blanks. All our hoodies and tees are custom-cut from premium, heavyweight cotton that keeps its shape and feels insanely soft. We use high-quality screen printing and heavy embroidery, so the designs won't crack or wash out. Everything is ethically produced in local factories where we can check every single stitch.

Will sold-out drop items ever be restocked?

The short answer is: generally, no. To maintain our commitment to exclusivity and environmental sustainability, most of our drop items are released in strictly limited quantities and are not restocked once they sell out. Once a specific design or colorway is gone, it is officially retired to prevent overproduction and make room for new concepts. However, we know how disappointing it can be to miss out, so there is still a small chance to grab a piece. Occasionally, single items reappear in stock due to order cancellations or size returns—to catch these, we highly recommend using the "Notify Me" button on the product page to receive an instant email alert.

When will my order arrive?

The arrival of your order depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typically, standard domestic orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days, while international shipping may take 7–14 business days depending on customs processing. Please note that during highly anticipated drop events, processing times may be slightly extended due to high order volumes.
